Good afternoon Mr. Hill,
The Corliss ELITE Team and I really enjoyed the Ultimate PD today! It was what we needed.
Prior to our time with you we met in the Community to review our 6 week data and frontloaded the concept of belongingness. One of things I emphasized was that the staff needed to feel a sense of belonging as well and how important it was for us to work as a high performing team. We were in sync! The Team is looking forward to part 2 as we continue our pursuit of excellence. Come home to present to us again in January.
Warm Regards,
Mrs. Eva Brown, NBCT (She/Her/Hers)

In Just 3 Hours, Give Your Teachers The Tools And Energy They Need To Remember Why They Chose Education
while equipping them with classroom strategies that unlock student potential.

Chicago Principals: Tired of PD That Doesn't Work? You're watching good teachers burn out. Test scores plateau despite endless initiatives. Morale drops after every traditional sit-and-get session. What if your next professional development actually solved these problems instead of adding to them?
The Ultimate PD supports your implementation of CPS's Instructional Core vision where content is challenging, meaningful, and responsive to student identities. Our approach respects that students must experience instruction that empowers them to connect, imagine, and act as ethical, critical thinkers. We provide teachers with concrete strategies for creating student-led learning environments where students take ownership of rigorous tasks.
Here's What Makes The Ultimate PD different. When Norfolk VA's Superintendent saw the 92% growth results, she didn't just invite Curtis to speak—she made his training MANDATORY for every district leader. From C-suite executives to building principals, everyone had to attend. That's not just endorsement. That's institutional transformation.

I Know What You Are Thinking...
"Another PD that promises everything, delivers nothing." Here's the difference: Curtis isn't a consultant who's never faced a classroom. He's the teacher who took the most challenging students in CPS and delivered results that made district leaders take notice. Your teachers won't just sit and listen—they'll practice techniques they can use Monday morning.
You See It Every Day

The Math Every Principal Should Know
Cost of losing ONE teacher: $24,930 (large districts), $16,450 (medium districts), $11,860 (small districts)
Includes separation, recruitment & hiring, and training & onboarding costs
Cost of The Ultimate PD: $1,000 (First 10 Schools), $2,000 (Schools 11-20)
ROI if you retain just ONE teacher: 1,186% - 2,493% return (depending on district size)

But here's what's really at stake: With an average student-to-teacher ratio of 15:1 nationally, every day a teacher is disengaged, 15 students aren't getting the education they deserve. Losing a teacher mid-year costs students between 32-72 instructional days due to disruption.
First 10 Schools: $1,000. Schools 11-20: $2,000.The question isn't the cost—it's the cost of doing nothing.
Principal, I know what keeps you up at night.
Another resignation letter on your desk. Another classroom to cover. Another parent meeting about why their child's teacher seems disengaged.
You've tried traditional PD. Your teachers sit politely, then return to their classrooms unchanged. Meanwhile, you're watching talented educators walk away from the profession—and it's not just about pay.
After 15 years in CPS classrooms and now working with principals nationwide, I've discovered the real problem: Teachers don't need more theory. They need to rediscover their WHY while getting practical tools that make their daily work easier.

Meet Curtis
From the Streets to Success: A Story of Transformation

The journey from gang member to international speaker isn't typical. But neither are the results.
Curtis Ray Hill's story begins in the streets of Chicago as a CPS student who sold drugs and was active in gang life. It could have ended there—another statistic, another lost potential.
But education changed everything.
After returning to school and earning his degrees, Curtis spent 15 years as a Chicago Public Schools educator, working in some of the district's most challenging environments. It was in these classrooms that he developed the Culture of Belonging® system that would consistently deliver 92% academic improvement year after year.
The Teacher Who Understood Both Sides
Having lived the experiences of his most challenging students, Curtis brought a unique perspective to education. He understood what it felt like to be overlooked, undervalued, and written off. More importantly, he knew what it took to transform those feelings into belonging and success.
"I was the teacher who truly got it," Curtis reflects. "I knew what it felt like to be the kid everyone gave up on, and I refused to let that happen to my students."

From Classroom to Boardroom
Word of Curtis's remarkable classroom results spread quickly. When he began sharing his Culture of Belonging® system with other educators, something extraordinary happened: principals couldn't believe the results. His presentations earned him a 4.91 out of 5 rating, with one principal calling him "honestly the best speaker I've ever worked with."
Today, Curtis is the founder of Culture of Belonging Global, a company designed to unlock human potential. As an international speaker, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies, including State Farm, Pfizer, BP, and Southwest Airlines, delivering professional development from Maine to California.
Why He Created The Ultimate PD
Despite his corporate success, Curtis's heart remained in education. Watching the profession, he loved struggle with unprecedented challenges—400,000+ vacant or underqualified teaching positions, record turnover rates, and widespread teacher burnout—he knew he had to act.
"Teachers are leaving because they've forgotten they matter," Curtis explains. "The Ultimate PD isn't just professional development—it's a reminder of why education chose them, and why students need them to stay."
The "Edutainment" Revolution
Curtis created The Ultimate PD as what he calls "Edutainment"—where education and entertainment collide to create transformational experiences. This isn't the traditional sit-and-get professional development that teachers dread. It's engaging, interactive, and designed to reignite passion while delivering practical strategies.
"I spent 15 years sitting through boring PD sessions myself," Curtis admits. "I know what doesn't work because I lived it. The Ultimate PD is everything I wished those sessions could have been."
A Return to Where It All Started
On Feb. 17, 2026, Curtis returns to Chicago—the city where his story began—to deliver The Ultimate PD to the educators who matter most to him. It's more than professional development; it's a homecoming with purpose.
For the educator who feels overlooked, undervalued, or ready to quit—Curtis sees you. He's been you. And he's here to remind you that you matter, your work matters, and your students need you to believe it too.
Because when teachers feel they truly belong, student potential has no limits.
